• BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH CONTRACT INCLUDES GRANTS OF RIGHTS AND INDEMNITIES TO SPONSOR FROM YOU, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ADMINISTRATOR: American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614. 

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Lund 2026 1875 Crossover XS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be a legal U.S. resident physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC) and, at the time of entry, must be at least 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in your state of residence. Employees of Sponsor or Administrator or their affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is registered and bonded in the states of New York and Florida as required by law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  For purposes of these Official Rules, “Entrants” are individuals who submit an entry into the Sweepstakes and who meet all eligibility requirements set forth in the foregoing paragraph 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 30, 2026. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

HOW TO ENTER: There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

1. Online Entry: Please visit us online at www.lundboats.com (the “Website”). Locate and complete the Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. This data is internal to Brunswick. 

2. QR Code: Visit the Sponsor’s booth at the 2026 Northwest Sport Show (March 5-8, 2026) or other designated events during the Sweepstakes Period. Use the QR code on display at the booth to complete the Sweepstakes entry form online. 

3. Paper Form: Visit the Sponsor’s booth at the 2026 Northwest Sport Show or other designated events during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete and submit the paper entry form available at the booth. 

Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, mechanically reproduced, falsified, mutilated, damaged, altered or otherwise irregular, misdirected entries or entries not received for any other reason will be deemed void and disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

PRIZE(S) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive the following: 

• 2026 Lund 1875 Crossover XS boat package. Package includes boat, engine, and trailer. (ARV: $65,000.00.)  

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. PLEASE NOTE: Winner is solely responsible for license, registration and title fees, and insurance costs. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ and/or service providers’ terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim.  

No substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. Because the value of the prize exceeds $2,000, winner’s social security number or taxpayer ID will be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Unless prohibited by law, affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required from winner if requested by Sponsor. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, installation, service activation fees, and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing from among all eligible entries will be conducted on or about October 31, 2026, to select the winning entry. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, or regular mail, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, using the information provided on This data is internal to Brunswick. the entry form. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If a winner does not respond as directed in the prize notification within three (3) days of notification, he/she may be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and an alternate winner randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited, affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required and, if so, must be returned within the specified time or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner chosen. 

Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner at a local authorized Lund dealer location within the continental United States. Unless mutually agreed upon by the Sponsor and the winner, the prize will be delivered to the Lund dealer nearest the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor. Please note that delivery may take up to 8-12 weeks depending on production and logistics. The winner is responsible for all costs after accepting the prize at the local authorized Lund dealer, including but not limited to registration and insurance. Winner or his/her authorized representative must take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days of notification of availability, or prize will be forfeited. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept delivery, the prize may be forfeited. Title and ownership of the prize will be transferred to the verified winner upon completion of all required documentation. The winner is responsible for registering the prize in his/her name and for all associated costs.  

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his/her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. 

ENTRANTS’ AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or the awarding of any prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, available at the Sweepstakes entry location, which shall prevail, govern, and control in the event of any inconsistency with any Sweepstakes-related materials. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, or its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, wholesalers, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Releasees”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of any prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute. This data is internal to Brunswick. 

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE USA ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER.  SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: 

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received to date. 

This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States.  

DISPUTES REGARDING THE IDENTITY OF ENTRANT: Entries will be deemed made by the person whose contact information was submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the selected entrant may be required to provide proof that s/he is the person identified on the entry form. 

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDING SHALL TAKE PLACE IN A This data is internal to Brunswick. FEDERAL OR STATE COURT IN ILLINOIS; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OFPOCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT AND THE SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THOSE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. 

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the winner, and fulfill the prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy :: Brunswick Corporation (BC). 

SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.  

MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Sponsor and Administrator. The waiver by Sponsor or Administrator of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by the Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrant.

Requests must be received no later than 90 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
