“On May 20th of this year my wife and I took our "opener" trip to the big lake, Mille Lacs. Day one was a beautiful day. Day two brought grey skies and fog in the morning so I went out by myself. I went in to pick up my wife. We heard a storm was on the way and it was raining. The plan was to drive out to a reef in the rain and be ready to fish after the storm blew over. We hit winds over 40MPH and we had 3-5' rollers. My Lund boat got us in safe and sound in the roughest water I have ever been on.”
