Here are a few of the stories we featured awhile back, in case you missed them...
My Lund boat is not new. It is an S18 that I bought 6 years ago after selling an S14 that I had purchased new 15 years previously. We began building a cabin on Nemeiben Lake in northern Saskatchewan and needed something larger. It has been the best purchase I have ever made. All the building materials for the 2 story cabin were transported 7 miles by boat to the building site. Here is a picture of my son with one of the loads. We couldn't have done it without my Lund. -- Jack M., Prince Albert, SK |

| My Dad always talked of owning a 14' Lund V-bottom for fishing the lakes in our area. In 2001, he purchased a used one and proceeded to park it at my house for me to use. The Lund is responsible for causing my wife to have an extreme affliction for Crappie fishing. My Dad also talked of wanting a Mercury 9.9 hp motor for the Lund, but never got around to getting one. We lost my Dad to cancer on Nov. 13th 2004. In Dad's honor, the Lund is now powered by a 2004 Mercury 9.9 fourstroke with electric start. Thank you Lund for being a part of our family. The attached photo was taken the day that Dad bought the Lund. He was like a kid at Christmas time. -- Tony O., Turin, IA |
I bought my Lund used maybe 3-4 years back as my true real first boat. It's the Pro Pike 14. For a 14 foot boat I love the amount of open space I get. Whether I go camping at the beach or at a lake, I bring my boat with me to go for large mouth or striped bass. It's truly a great and sturdy boat. I'd love to upgrade now, maybe to the Explorer or even the new Classic to expand my capabalitites and fun on the water. For Christmas I got a nice Lund visor which I wear with great joy. Last year I even added those nice gold decals on the side of the boat to spruce it up a bit and give it a newer look. -- Matthew C., Dracut, MA
| We purchased our Lund 2025 IFS Pro-V last summer and have had the time of our lives with this fantastic boat. I got caught in a plow wind that would have swamped most boats however I survived it without a scratch which I feel is due to the quality and design of our Lund boat. I have been in many boats as we have fished for years but have never felt safer or more comfortable as in our Lund. My Lund makes me look and feel as good as it does on the water. -- Bob H., Semans, SK |
I'd Drive 1800 Miles for a LUND I purchased my first Lund from Ed's Boats of Appleton Wisconsin in 1991 -- a Lund Tyee 1850 Grand Sport. It was the perfect family boat. I was amazed at the quality, versatility and performance of the Tyee. I kept the boat for 12 years, and when we sold it, the boat looked nearly as good as the day we purchased it. More importantly, it was in perfect working order after 12 years of regular use. When we moved to Arkansas, I began looking for a new boat and initially tested high-end bass boats. However, they just did not stack up to my expectations nor our needs. So, I contacted Ed's Boats and purchased my second new Lund -- a 2004 Lund Pro-V 1800. My friends made fun of my traveling 1800 miles round trip to purchase a boat. But, I was committed to buying a quality boat from a dealership I trusted. And now that they have fished a Lund, my friends understand why I drove 1800 miles. They have come to respect the quality and performance of a Lund. I am very happy with our new Lund. It is perfect for our large lakes including Greer's Ferry, Norfolk, Bull Schoals, Table Rock, Ouachita, and Degray. And, just like the Tyee, our new Pro-V is great for river fishing too. Now that Winter is nearly over, I am anxious to hit the water once again. For me, Lund is the only way to go! -- Michael W., Little Rock, AR |
| I love my Lund boat. I spend close to 200 days a year guiding out of my lund. I love the soft dry and smooth ride my Lund offers. I just purchased my 3rd 2025 Pro-V and wouldn't own anything else. Lund and Mercury what a great combination of reliability and fishability. I completely trust the craftsmanship of the Lund staff. My clients continualy tell me they enjoyed a smooth and dry ride even in rough water. The livewell/baitwell system is second to none keeping my bait and walleyes fresh all day, even in the hot summer sun. Long runs to the hot spots are not uncommon on the Missouri so I really appreciate the large fuel capacity. I love my Lund boat. -- Brian N., Nielsen, SD |
I purchased my Pro-Sport 1600 in the fall of 2001. My family loves to spend our weekends out on Lake of the Woods on our boat fishing, swimming, etc. Our Lund has enhanced our experiences and had a hand in making many cherished family memories along the way!!! -- Dan S., Winnipeg, MB |

| I own a 2025 PRO V.S.E. Everywhere I go, and I have been to Canada, Wisconson, Florida to name a few. The comment I always get AND I THINK IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT COMMERCIAL. "Hey is that your Lund?... NICE BOAT" --Mike P., Rolling Meadows, IL |
Here's a picture of Chris (age 8) with our Lund 1700 Explorer SS. We took the Lund camping and Chris was impatiently waiting to go fishing. We love to fish for Northern, Bass, Sunfish, or whatever is biting. Chris caught the first fish from our new boat. We've caught many more since. This is our third boat; it's by far the smoothest and most stable one we've owned. We can hardly wait for spring to start using it again! -- Mike D., Roseville, MN
| I own an '03 Lund A-14 and it has been a very good boat for a first timer to cut his boating teeth on. I looked at other brands, but none of them measured up to my A-14. I have had good times with this boat, especially with my parents on board. I cannot see giving up this boat because it has been such a good one and the memories I am forming with it. When I go camping, it comes along, too, except for one trip when a buddy of mine insisted we take his, ...when my Lund should have come along instead. Next time we go, I will say "Rodger, this time we take a real boat... we take my Lund!" Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- Dewey J., Huntington, IN |
Our boat has been all over Minnesota and we have been taking it to Canada. We went to the boat factory and after seeing them being built we decided that was the boat for us. We have a 1994 Lund PROV 1675. We bought it new in 94. Our boat is the most fisherman friendly boat that I have ever used. We have fished all over and used resort boats and in my opinion I will spend the extra money and time to bring my own boat. I have it equiped with all the latest electronics. It makes me and my wife better fisherman. -- Bill B., Lee's Summit, MO |
