 Congratulations to Chad Hinrich and Bob Carlson on their 1st place at the City Auto Glass Walleye Classic held on Lake Vermillion near Tower, MN on May 17, 2008. Their 1st place finish also secured the Lund Owner Contingency Prize bonus of $500!
 Congratulations to the father-son team of Mike and Shawn Woodard of Frazee, MN. They captured 1st place and the $500 Lund Owner Contingency Prize bonus in the Fargo-Moorhead Walleyes Unlimited Spring Classic on Pelican Lake near Detroit Lakes, MN. The father-son team of Mike and Scott Peterson placed 4th and took home the $500 Lund Owner Contingency at the second event of the year on the Iowa Organization of Walleye Anglers Tour at Clear Lake, IA on April 20th.
 I.O.W.A (Iowa Organization of Walleye Anglers) held their third event of the year on Lake Rathbun May 26th. The $500 Lund Owners Contingency Prize for the highest placing team fishing out of a Lund boat went to the team of Tim Floden and Terry Carr. They took 1st place by weighing in six fish for 22.48 lbs. which included a walleye that tipped that scales at 7.72 lbs!
 Dean Higgins, I.O.W.A. Tournament Director and owner of Walleye Promotions, LLC., presents a $500 Lund Owners Contingency prize check to Mike Rodwell. Mike and Doug Rodwell of Oskaloosa, IA took 4th place at the first event of the year at Storm Lake on April 13th.
 Max Actis and Mike Stuckert from Spring Valley, IL, had a dominating year on the Illinois Walleye Trail competing against over 200 competitive walleye anglers. In the ’07 fall portion of the season they had a 2nd place & two 4th place finishes. In the ’08 spring portion of the season they had back-to-back 1st place finishes on the Illinois River, capturing back-to-back Lund Owner Contingency prize money totaling $500. They then placed 3rd at the Championship to lock-up the Anglers of the Year title. As the highest placing Lund team at the Championship, they received another $1,000.00 Lund Owner Contingency Prize money for a clean sweep of the spring season and a total of $1,500.The Illinois Walleye Trail will begin its 12th year in October and if you would like additional information go to www.prairielandeyes.com.
 Pictured are Scott Sutton of Helena, MT, and Gary Brockway of East Helena, MT. The duo, fishing in their Lund boat, placed second in the 90 team field at the Fresno Challenge, the first tournament of the season for the Montana Walleyes Unlimited Circuit, which is run by Walleyes Unlimited of Montana. Sutton and Brockway were in 40th place after day one, but on day two weighed 15.35 pounds, to move all the way up to second place with a total weight of 22.35 pounds, taking home the $500 Lund Owners Contingency Prize bonus.
 Leon and Elliot Garfield of Wolf Point Montana were the winners of the second event of the year on the 2008 Montana Walleyes Unlimited tournament series on the Rock Creek Reservoir. The Garfield’s had an incredible two day, ten fish total weight of 74.1 lbs! Of course they were in their Lund boat so they also took home the $500 Lund Owners Bonus money. Congratulations to the Garfield’s on a great tournament.
 The Lund Boats team of Terry and Paul Druyvestein were winners of third event of the Montana Walleyes Unlimited fishing circuit on the Tiber Reservoir, May. The Druyvestein’s, who bested the 111 team field with their two day total of 19.7 lbs., were the winners of the $500 Lund Owners Contingency Prize bonus money. Congratulations to them and best of luck for the rest of the season.
 Lund/Mercury Pro, Mark Martin, was the big winner at the Professional Walleye Trail tournament in Mobridge, SD. By taking first place, Mark earned an additional $12,000 in Lund Bonus Prize money as the highest placing competitor fishing out of a Lund Boat.

Lund/Mercury Pro, Mike Gofron, placed 10th at the PWT in Mobridge, SD, and earned an additional $5,000 in Lund Bonus money.
 Lund/Mercury Pro, Mark Brumbaugh, placed 15th at the PWT in Mobridge, SD, and earned an additional $3,000 in Lund Bonus money.

Greg Osborne & Kimo Gabriel won the Lund Owners Contingency prize of $1,500 at the Big Wally’s Spring Classic on Banks Lake in Washington May 17 & 18. The team had a two day total of 32.18 lbs. to finish 4th out of the 117 team that participated.  Scott Perala and Chad Sonnenberg were the winners of the $500 Lund Owners Contingency prize at the WILD 104.1 radio Walleye Extravaganza. Perala and Sonnenberg were the 1st place finishers at the event which was held May 16 & 17 on Ottertail Lake, MN. They bested the field of angler by weighing in 33.19 lbs. of walleye during the two day event.
 Chad Friedierichs and Tom Piechowski weighed five walleyes for a weight of 12.97 lbs. and finished 8th Place at the Walleye Masters Inc. tournament May 17 at Lake Traverse on the border of Minnesota and South Dakota. Their 8th place finish was good enough to capture the $500 Lund Bonus for the highest placing team fishing out of a Lund boat.

Lund/Mercury Pro, Jim Muzynoski Sr. of Bozeman, MT, took 4th place at the Professional Walleye Trail tournament on Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas. That 4th place finish earned Jim an additional $12,000 in Lund Bonus Prize money as the highest placing competitor fishing out of a Lund Boat.

Lund/Mercury Pro, Mark Brumbaugh of Arcanum, OH, placed 5th at the PWT in Bulls Shoals, AR, and earned an additional $5,000 in Lund Bonus money.

Lund/Mercury Pro, Jim Orcutt of Ely, MN, placed 9th at the PWT in Bull Shoals, AR, and earned an additional $3,000 in Lund Bonus money.

Kent Christianson and Harv Lueck are two time winners of $500 Lund Owners Contingency prize money in the North Star Walleye Classic series held on Lake of the Woods. Christianson and Lueck have placed 2nd in both the Spring and Summer classics and put themselves in top position to win the $1,000 year-end bonus prize for most points going into the Fall Classic. The Fall Classic is the final tournament of the year and will be held October 3rd and 4th. Good luck to Kent and Harv and congratulations on a successful season so far.
